NOTE: The below report is now (as of last week of November) Out of date as the situation has changed. The mysterious 'latticework is gone - as if turned off. I have photos to post that show the difference. I am keeping the below report posted as I think it was an interesting phenomena. This is not brand new, suddenly appearing. I have been watching the gradual appearance of something large. I really don't know what it is, or even if it is really there. The large shadowy 'hedge like' structure appears to be in Queens, NY; looking West towards Midtown Manhattan running north from about the Empire State Building at 34th Street to and past the Queensboro (59th street) Bridge. I first noticed it about a year ago, when looking at the Manhattan skyline with night vision equipment. I watched construction of a trellis like framework that seems to be parallel to the ground, yet raised above it about 60 feet. It was full of activity for a while with what appeared to be humanoid forms working on it. It is visible only at night. I've carefully examined photos of the same area in daylight and there is no sign of it. I would say it looks like it's made of the same 'cloud' material comprising the cloud sculptures I have photographed during the day except it looks the same every night now. Is it rebuilt every night? Always there but just not visible during the day?

There seems to be an area where large triangle shaped objects are lined up vertically, standing on one of their vertices. These are the vertical shadowy areas that have clear space between them. While I cannot confirm that it is any more substantial than the cloud structures seen in the skies above, it does show to the naked eye, my phone camera, and my Infrared/Ultraviolet sensitive digital camera. The 'furry', indistinct, dark shapes,even show up on my 20 year old film camera. These darkish 'lattice works' are now extended to other areas visible from Central Queens at night. There is a building that seems to be central to this display. On Queens Boulevard between Junction Boulevard and the Long Island Expressway stands an unremarkable approximately ten story office building. Dusk transforms this building into the shape of a large inverted triangle, resting on its point. This places one of the three flat sides at the top from which emerges a haphazard fractal looking array of branches that make it look like a huge squat bare branched tree; like an Acacia Tree.
There has been an increase in aircraft type red beacons in central Queens NY. Interestingly, they are not just on the tops of buildings but in groups, along with other new lights. Could they mark landing zones for very maneuverable craft to be used in future evacuations? There are lights in groups that are operating on wavelengths invisible to the human eye and large light panels whose purpose is unknown. Some of the lights show up only on the infrared camera and not to the naked eye.
Perhaps these unusual light panels are used to guide drone platforms in to dock. Unfortunately, I can not say how much of this is real as the area been experiencing steady high levels of electromagnetic energy as measured on equipment I have that has been measuring such things for a couple of years. A large increase in this background electromagnetic radiation combined with an increase in the activity associated with the structure occurred on October 4, 2014. It seemed to me that it was a test of the system. There are a number of new very bright lights atop various buildings that I can only liken to projectors. While I have no solid evidence of this, I believe that projected holograms are augmenting other real technologies including antigravity and are responsible for some very weird images I have photographed. Some are in the photos included here which have been taken with phone camera, Infrared/UV camera and film camera. Some processing done on some photos to bring out details but nothing added. If they are holographic projections....it's incredible!
Whatever has been done to the minds of the average person, they are all blind to this. I would like to get my family to safety prior to the event. Perhaps a warning that my family will heed instead of them thinking I am nuts talking about shapes in the clouds, projectors being setup for the big hologram to come, invisibility and anti-gravity. Why am I also feeling that these devices are all on headings relative to my position - pointing towards my area ? That's a bit scary! I do not want to be on the receiving end of a real or holographic meteor hit! I thought the epicenter of NYC was near Bishop Malloy School in Briarwood....
